A gorgeous fall wedding at the RBG in Burlington
Liz and Kellen are some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. Their friends Adam & Rebecca (whom I had photographed several years ago) kindly gave them my name. They insisted that they had to look into whether or not we were available and to my sincere delight, I was. The RBG in Burlington is by far one of my favourite venues to photograph weddings at. Stunning manicured gardens, wonderful staff and of course the food. In the week leading up to their wedding it was cold and windy. However to everyone’s surprise it turned out to be a warm and sunny day for their fall wedding at the RBG. As always, we began our day with Kellen and his boys getting ready.
Anyone that knows Liz and Kellen know about Alfie, their pet guinea pig who’s part of the family. Not only is he very photogenic, but he also had his adorable bow-tie in theme with the wedding.
After all of the excitement and wedding portraits in the morning, everyone headed to Wellington Square United Church in Burlington for their wedding ceremony.
Following their ceremony, we headed straight to the RBG to begin photographing the bridal portraits with their wedding party and what an incredible time we had.
Choosing your wedding party is a really important decision, one that you shouldn’t take lightly. Thankfully, Kellen & Liz picked the perfect roster. I can’t think of another wedding party that had as much fun and laughed quite as hard as theirs. I have to give a special shout out to everyone in their wedding party for not only keeping me on my toes all day but making it a blast to photograph you all!
Caught Liz and the flower girl twirling their dress 🙂
I’ll just leave this here for you Liz, I’ll never forget this moment 🙂
After a wonderful dinner and touching speeches, it was time for their first dance and parents dance before opening the dance floor for the party.
Next up will be a few of the FotoBooth images from their wedding so come back soon to check them out
