I was so happy to hear the news that RJ & Daisy were expecting. I was even more happy to hear that I’d be photographing their maternity session. It’s been just over a year that we photographed their wedding and now their expecting their first child at the end of September. I love photographing outdoors and they loved the look of previous outdoor maternity sessions. We headed out to a few favourite places in Ancaster and created some gorgeous memories.
We headed out with my good friends John & Mandy to a gorgeous location John found. With the escarpment, lush fields and old trees we were in heaven.
The amazing scenery, waterfalls and hiking trails are just a few of the things that I love about Hamilton and the surrounding area. It truly makes for amazing engagement photos including the photo below that shows the Niagara escarpment behind them.
I never pass up the opportunity to photograph some engagement photos in the tall grass of a field

Noel & Tammy’s beautiful wedding and ceremony were both held at White Oaks Resort in Niagara-on-the-lake. I’ve had the sincere pleasure of photographing their family several times over the years and I was ecstatic when I heard the news. Furthermore, I was even more thrilled when she reached out to have us photograph her wedding. This is a small glimpse into their wedding day.
Prom marks the end of of a long journey and the beginning of a new adventure. We feel extremely honoured to be invited to so many proms & graduations each year with our photo booth. For many, this is the last time they’ll all be together and create some amazing memories. For most, they’ll keep these photo strips as memories for years to come. Many thanks to all the students for making it another fun event. Congratulations to everyone and wishing you much success!
Logan is one of several toddlers that I’ve had the pleasure of photographing every month for their first year. Three and a half years ago when our daughter was born I began photographing her every month and have since offered it to every newborn that we photograph. Some of your newborns most significant changes happen within their first year and it’s a wonderful collection of toddler photos to give to them later. Below is just one image from every month from Logan’s watch me grow sessions.
If you’re considering newborn photography, you might want to think about monthly session following it. At the end of the year, we put together a gorgeous 8×8″ album full of the images for you to keep and pass on to them when they are older.
